The Cooperative has a professional in charge of managing the coffee production process and carrying out activities in accordance with Organic and Fair Trade production standards. This is primarily to certify that the product is of quality and thus meet our customers' needs. Through this service, we strive to achieve consistency between the benefits achieved by members and environmental protection. In this way, we can improve the quality of life not only of our members but of the community as a whole to ensure a healthy future for future generations.
We provide collection and marketing services for our partners' products. We connect with them and facilitate product traceability, ensuring product quality throughout every step of the process, from collection in our warehouses, to transportation to the processing plant, and through processing and control upon shipment to the customer.
At the La Flor de Café Cooperative, we produce, market, and export high-quality coffees with cup scores of 80 to 85 points, managing product quality based on the quality standards of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).
